Thinka | Negativity Bias & Reframing
Training & Education
Our team at DH Media Group collaborated with Thinka to create an engaging educational video that explores the concept of negativity bias and reframing techniques. This project aimed to empower viewers with practical strategies for managing negative thoughts and cultivating a more positive mindset.
To convey this complex topic in an accessible and engaging way, we employed a mix of animated text, live-action footage, and an expert presenter. Thinka’s scriptwriting process involved close collaboration with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the content.
The video's narrative is structured around real-life scenarios, illustrating how negativity bias can impact daily life and relationships. We then introduce reframing techniques as a powerful tool for shifting one's perspective and building resilience.
Throughout the video, animated text and live-action video help to visualise key concepts, making them easier to understand and remember. Our team also incorporated a calming color palette to create a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere.
The final product is an informative and entertaining video that offers viewers practical advice and inspiration for managing negativity and cultivating a more positive outlook. We're proud to have partnered with Thinka on this project, contributing to their mission of empowering individuals and organisations with valuable knowledge and skills.
